During last eight years we successfully managed number of National and International events.We planned and conceived these events, with different national level organisations and then implemented the same with elegance and finesse. Details of some of the events including conferences, conventions and social functions are given in succeeding paras. TAAI -In the year 1999. An International, annual conference of travel agents, was organised for more than 1000 delegates from all over the world. SOUND OF MUSIC was organised by Mrs. Mehar alongwith theme of Festival of Flowers and Cultural Bonanza ofWestern and Indian Music. RITES - Annual Cultural Function - In the year 2000. It was organised in collaboration with MAGNUM NEXUS for nearly 2000 guests. Number of Cabinet Ministers, and celebrities were present. NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC CHANNEL FUNCTION - In the year 2001. To promote their channel, more than 2000 selected guests,were invited to this Gala Event. It was organised by M/S. SHOWTIME at Asiad Tower. REVLON - In the year 2002. A product launch function was organised at Asiad Tower and the event was organised by SHOWTIME on the theme of STREETS OF INDIA, giving exposure to artists and artifacts. More than 3000 persons attended this event for the whole day. Number of similar product launch functions have been organised at our different venues. MANGO FESTIVAL - In the year 2002. It was organised by Mr. Salman Khursheed. President All India Congress Party and the leader of Opposition in the Parliament. alongwith 79 Ambassadors and High Commissioners attended the function at The Phoolwari Banquet & Restaurant Complex. RAMAYAN - In the year 2002 . An Indian mythological Saga, was organised for CRAYON Advertisers. The events was managed by our expert in organising Indian Classical
Functions.
PARVASI BHARTIYA DIWAS: In the year 2003 -We alongwith SHOWTIME, had the honour to organise conference and workshops of Parvasi Bhartiya Diwas, at Phoolwari, New Delhi spread over three days, including holding various Cultural Functions. First night cultural programme was performance of Indian Diaspora from across the world and second night was a musical journey traversing 200 years of Indian Culture and Fashion.
GRAND LODGES WORLD CONFERENCE : In the year 2002. MASONIC CLUB organised World Lodges Conference at Asiad Tower, which was attended by their members more than 30 countries from World over. The conference for Grand Lodges followed by an event “DANCES OF INDIA” a Gala Cultural Evening was organised by us for more than 1000 persons.
WORLD MINING CONFERENCE: In the year 2003 - Tafcon organised World Mining Conference at Phoolwari for a period of three days. In addition to conferences and paper presentation. Cultural programmes were organised by us every evening depicting cultural heritage of India.
COMMONWEALTH EDUCATION SYMPOSIUM: In year 2003 - our another associate Tafcon, an organisation famous for organising Trade Fairs and Conferences, organised an Education Symposium, for Commonwealth countries, at our Phoolwari Restaurant in May 2003. More than 20 countries participated in the symposium. We organised their conference, spread over three days, followed by Cultural Functions, depicting Unity in Diversity of India.
